01 Acceptance of Terms
By using sevengum.com or buying Seven Gum products, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms may be updated — continued use after updates means you accept the changes.
02 Who Can Buy
You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us directly. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must place the order on your behalf. Seven Gum contains aspartame (phenylalanine) — not suitable for people with phenylketonuria (PKU). Always read the label.
03 Product Information
We do our best to describe our products accurately. Colors may vary slightly from screen to reality. Nutritional info on the label is final — website info is approximate. Seven Gum is sugar-free chewing gum, not a medication or weight-loss product. We make no health claims beyond FDA-approved statements about xylitol and dental health.
04 Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We accept your offer only when we ship the order and send a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if stock is unavailable or pricing was incorrect. All prices are in USD unless noted.
05 Shipping and Risk
We ship from our U.S. warehouse via USPS. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier picks up your package. If your package is damaged or lost, contact hello@sevengum.com within 7 days and we will work with you to resolve it.

If you do not love your gum, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you — no questions, no return required. See Returns for details.
07 Intellectual Property
Everything on this site — logos, photos, copy, designs, the "Seven Gum" brand — belongs to Seven Gum. You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without written permission. You may share social media posts and link to our pages.
08 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Seven Gum is not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the products in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be legally limited — for example, personal injury caused by negligence.
09 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by the courts of San Francisco County.
