One sentence is fine: "Not my flavor", "Too strong", "Did not live up to hype." We actually read these and use them to improve.
3. Get refunded
We refund within 2 business days back to your original payment method. You keep the gum — share it, toss it, compost it. Your call.
01 What Is Covered
Our 30-day happy-chew guarantee covers:
- You did not like the flavor
- The texture was not for you
- You had a bad experience with the product for any reason
- Damaged packaging on arrival
- Wrong item shipped
- Package lost in transit
Basically: if you are not happy, we refund you. No catches.
02 Why We Do Not Require Returns
Shipping gum back to us costs more than the gum itself. It wastes packaging, fuel, and your time. So we just skip the return step entirely. You keep the product or dispose of it responsibly, we refund you, everyone wins.
03 Exchanges
If you want to swap flavors instead of a refund, just say so in your email. We will refund the original order and ship the new flavor at our cost — no extra shipping fee.
04 Refund Timeline
We process refunds within 2 business days of receiving your email. After that, it typically takes 3-5 business days to show up in your account, depending on your bank or payment method. Credit cards are fastest. PayPal is usually same-day.
05 Subscriptions
If you have an active subscription and want to cancel, you can do it yourself in your account dashboard or reply to any shipment email. Cancellations take effect before the next billing cycle. No fees, no questions asked.
